Sebelum Anda mengisi formulir pendaftaran ini, Anda harus mengunduh dan melengkapi lampiran dokumen di bawah ini:
(Before you start the registration, you must download and signed the required documents below:)

1. Formulir Pemilihan Lokasi PKN (Internship Location Selection Form)
2. Templat Surat Pernyataan PKN (Internship Statement Letter Template)
3. Templat Curriculum Vitae/CV PKN (Internship Curriculum Vitae/CV Template)

Anda wajib memindai/scan setiap dokumen dan menyimpannya dalam format PDF/JPEG/JPG/PNG dengan kapasitas maksimal 1 MB per dokumen. Anda akan diminta untuk mengunggah semua dokumen pada bagian ke-4 formulir pendaftaran ini.
